With the current spotlight on pay equity, more employers are conducting pay equity audits (PEAs) to identify and resolve potential pay equity problems within their organizations. In some instances this is in response to local legislation - but increasingly business are embracing the need to undertake pay equity analysis proactively rather than waiting until regulations force their use.

In this webinar, CURO's Senior Consultant, Ruth Thomas, and legal experts from Trusaic and Eversheds Sutherland discuss pay equity legislation in North America and the UK, and actionable strategies for how employers can approach pay equity audits within their own organizations.
