2021 is the year of DEIB (Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging) and companies are prioritizing workplace equity. On the top of the to-do list? Ensuring employees are being paid fairly.

Do you know if your compensation policies are working the way they’re supposed to or are they actually contributing to unfairness? A pay equity audit will uncover pay differences and help you to understand what factors actually drive pay variance in your organization.

In this 45-minute webinar, CURO’s Co-Founder and Senior Consultant, Ruth Thomas, and Reward Consultant, Vicky Peakman, cover best practices to ensure your compensation policies are aligned and fair, how to build a sustainable pay equity management framework, and how auditing your pay policies can lead to a more inclusive and transparent company culture.
