With gender and ethnicity pay gaps becoming top priority due to growing concerns in the eyes of stakeholders and society - pay inequity continues to be a reputational, financial, and legal risk. But recent data shows that many employers don’t know where to start their journey towards fair pay.

In this webinar, HR and Pay Equity Consultants from CURO and Welch Consulting walk you through the key decisions and factors to consider in order to perform a successful pay equity audit. They’ll also share how to build a holistic strategy that addresses pay gaps, attracts top talent, and shifts the focus of equity beyond just pay.
